Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Gluten Free Peanut butter banana bread
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cup gluten free flour blend (I used Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350
- Spray a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt – then set it aside.
- In a large bowl mash up your bananas then add the butter, peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients a little at a time until fully incorporated.
- Stir in your chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then take out and allow to cool on a wire rack.
