Once I started doing a bunch of baking, it didn’t take long before I realized a stand mixer was the way to go.  But, they are not all created equal.  The first one I had was awful, it was an off brand, I can’t even remember what kind.  Regardless, it was really light weight, super wobbly and didn’t mix very well.  It was time to invest in a good one.
