Ingredients

  • 1 diced onion

  • 1 15oz can Bush’s chili beans (or any other gluten free variety)

  • 1 15oz can black beans

  • 1 can corn

  • 2 10oz cans of Rotel

  • 8oz jar Ortega taco sauce

  • 1 package gluten free taco seasoning

  • 20oz bottle ginger ale

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in the crockpot. Push the chicken breasts down so they are covered in the liquid. Cook on low 6-8 hours. When done, take the chicken out and shred it. Then return to crockpot and stir.
  • Top your soup off with cheese and sour cream.
