Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 stick of softened butter

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups gluten free oats

Instructions

  • In a saucepan add the sugar, cocoa, milk, butter and salt-cook over medium/high heat until it starts to boil.
  • Remove from heat and add the peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Mixed until well combined.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper
  • Allow to set for 30 minutes.
