1 diced onion
1 15oz can Bush’s chili beans (or any other gluten free variety)
1 15oz can black beans
1 can corn
2 10oz cans of Rotel
8oz jar Ortega taco sauce
1 package gluten free taco seasoning
20oz bottle ginger ale
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in the crockpot. Push the chicken breasts down so they are covered in the liquid. Cook on low 6-8 hours. When done, take the chicken out and shred it. Then return to crockpot and stir.
- Top your soup off with cheese and sour cream.
