Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix the base
In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey and vanilla until smooth. - Add dry ingredients
Mix in the oats, ground flaxseed, and chocolate chips until fully combined. - Chill
Refrigerate the mixture for 15–20 minutes to make it easier to roll. - Roll into bites
