1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion diced
1 egg
3/4 cup gluten free oats
1 garlic clove
1 TBS Gluten free worcestershire sauce
1 TBS yellow mustard
3 TBS ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbs yellow mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a 9×5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, use your hands and mix together the beef, onion, egg, garlic, worcestershire sauce, oats, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper.
- Put the mixture in the loaf pan.
- In a small bowl mix together to topping ingredients and spread over the top of the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
