Ingredients
Taco Filling
1 lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken
1 tbsp olive oil (if using lean meat)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ cup water
For Serving
8–10 corn tortillas (certified gluten free)
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Salsa or pico de gallo
Sour cream or dairy-free alternative
Avocado or guacamole

- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil if needed.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add water and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave wrapped in a damp towel.
- Fill tortillas with meat and top with desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
